The bottle has a neck defining an opening at one end and a body having a recessed portion at the end opposite the opening. The recessed portion has a plurality of ramps disposed about its perimeter, the bottle having a thread disposed on the neck. A press-and-turn type cap has an inner shell engageable with the thread and an outer shell engaging with the inner shell by a press-and-turn device. The outer shell having a plurality of ramps disposed about the perimeter of the side. The ramps are disposed on the cap facing opposite the ramps disposed on the bottle. The ramps on the cap face in a counterclockwise direction and ramps on the bottle face in a clockwise direction. The bottle is cylindrical. The ramps are completely disposed about the perimeter of the bottle and cap and are intermittently disposed about the perimeter of the bottle and cap.
