The vehicle is a motor scooter (1) which has a steering section (2), a middle section (3) and a frame section (4). The frame section can swivel around a horizontal axis (34) relative to the middle section, and the front wheel (6) of the scooter is driven.The horizontal axis on the frame section is displaced rearwards in such a way that the forward end of the frame section after swivelling stands on the ground if the scooter is put in an approximately vertical position.
