<p>The invention concerns the use of polymers which can be produced by reacting (a) polymers containing vinylamine units with (b) compounds comprising aldehyde or keto groups and optionally (c) compounds comprising NH groups and/or OH groups, and which further have aminal, semi-aminal and/or aminal-acetal structures and optionally non-reacted vinylamine units as additives to detergents for inhibiting the transfer of dye during the washing process. The invention further concerns polymers which contain aminal, semi-aminal and/or aminal-acetal structures and which are obtained by reacting (a) polymers containing vinylamine units with (b) compounds comprising aldehyde or keto groups and (c) compounds comprising NH groups and/or OH groups. The invention also concerns detergents containing the above polymers in amounts ranging from 0.05 to 10 wt %.</p> |
