The packaging machine comprises a feeding line (4) equipped with belt conveyors (8) for conveying flat folded blanks (2) withdrawn thereby from a magazine (3). An erecting station (5), situated downstream of the withdrawing station (1), is provided with a rotating head (500) featuring gripping means (518) with suction cups (519) aimed at cooperating with second suction cups (523) to open adjacent edges of the blanks (2). Upper runs of belt conveyors (11,12) of a packaging line (6) situated below the feeding line (4), are designed to cooperate with the lower run of the conveyor (8) so as to hold the cases (200) obtained from the blanks (2). Pushers (21) are located at the side of a feeding line (16) placed at the side of the packaging line (6) for feeding the articles (17), and are operated axially in order to introduce the articles (17) into the cases (200). Means (23) are provided for adjustment in accordance with the height of the cases (200), and move vertically a group comprising the feeding line (4). Means (40) are provided for transversal adjustment performed by means of a centralized control member (41) acting on means for changing width of the lines (4) and (6) and of the magazine (3). <IMAGE>
