Location position and identification detection system

The system uses a digital pen (2) for determining the position coordinates of the location within a 3-dimensional space, combined with a bar code reader (1) for scanning a bar code identifying the location.The digital pen and the bar code reader are supported with their axes parallel to one another, with their points lying at the same height, or with the point of the bar code reader offset to lie forwards of the point of the digital pen.
