<p>A machine (10) comprising means for storing a number of units a player mechanism (18) for reading, displaying and/or playing whatever is recorded on said units, and a selection mechanism (14) for selecting a desired unit and transferring same to the player mechanism, wherein the units are stored stacked one above the other in at least one substantially vertical column (12) and the selection mechanism (14) comprises unit handling means (14a', 14a'') adapted to support the desired unit from beneath, and means (14b, 16) for providing relative movement between the column of units (12) and the unit handling means whereby the desired unit can be selected and transferred to the player mechanism (18).</p> |
