The shuttering element has a support plate (10) of plastics foil with indented support feet (11) and protrusions on the plate edges. A load distribution plate (12) covers the support plate and is centred by the protrusions. The load distribution plate has above the support feet (11) holes (14) for passing through the plaster floor.The holes in the load distribution plate should be smaller than the upper openings in the support feet so that the plaster (22) meshes with the opening edges of the distribution plate. The support plate can be divided into rectangular fields (20) of the same size with each containing a support foot in the centre.
