The method for compressing and extracting the data without converting to digital one comprises the steps of: a) if D(t)>=D(t)+SA where "D(t)" is an analog input signal and "SA" is an upper deviation, storing the present time(t) as "T", "S" as "1", and present "D" where "T" is a time value, "S" is a state value, and "D" is an initial signal; b) if not D(t)>=D(t)+SA, determining if D(t)<=D(t)+SB where "SB" is a lower deviation; c) if not D(t)<=D(t)+SB, performing a) step again with next input signal; and d) if D(t)<=D(t)+SB, storing the "t" as "T", "S" to "0", and present "D".
