摘要 The fuel flow within the injection pump (EP), between the high pressure pump chamber (3) and the injection pipe (5) resp. the low pressure chamber, is throttled. This is crank angle-dependent and controlled by movement of the pump piston (2), to reduce the pressure of the pressure waves, which occur in the injection pipe after fuel delivery, and to completely refill the pipe for the next injection. The throttle element (7) is fastened to the pump piston and moves with it. It acts with a specially formed resp. located discharge section (8) of the high pressure pump chamber, to form a temporary throttle point. <IMAGE>
