Constructional system based on rigid moulds over which a pre-metered mixture of aggregates and mineral products obtained from grinding waste (residual) pieces of stony materials is poured, to form pieces with a hollow interior which are filled with insulating material, equipped on their stiffening ribs with anchoring, fastening and suspension elements, and with perforations on their lateral surfaces for the location of joining elements of contiguous pieces or hollow tubular elements which form installation distribution conduits. The saddle pieces have removable adhesive surface protections and can form wall finishes, tiled floors and, basically, quarry pieces in the formation of constructional elements, with smooth, granulated or embossed surface finishes by means of preforming in the mould or surface treatment of their outer face. <IMAGE>
