PURPOSE:To ensure the satisfactory guidance of customers in a guidance system by performing the synthetic display of various messages on the guidance screens under the prescribed processing conditions of a prescribed transaction and therefore enabling the customers to obtain more pieces of information and to reflect them onto the following operations. CONSTITUTION:A host computer 4 performs a satisfying routine process to carry out the payment when a payment transaction is satisfied. In case the payment transaction is not satisfies, the fact of the dissatisfuction is printed on a full statement by a cad reader/printer unit 13. Then the guidance screen data taken out of a hard disk device 16 are given to a display device based on the screen numbers received from the computer 4. Thus a guidance screen is displayed to show the shortage of the balance. |
