The fastening system connects a drawer (30) to a telescopic rail (20) consisting of an outer rail member (21) and an inner rail member (22). The inner rail is fastened directly to the drawer and the outer rail is connected to the frame of the filing cabinet etc. The inner and outer rails may be made of sheet metal to provide channels for balls (24) giving easy relative motion of the rails. There is a safety stop (10) with a hook member (40) to prevent the rails sliding too far and allowing the drawer to fall. |
