PURPOSE:To enable easy adjustment by changing a relative position and an angle of illumination according to a shape and reflection characteristic of beam of an electronic part which is a recognition object by moving a moving illumination means to an illumination position corresponding to measurement image luminance of highest suitability judged by a luminance comparison means and a coincidence judgment means. CONSTITUTION:Since illumination to a visual recognition object electronic part 10 is carried out by a moving illumination means 11a, a relative position and an angle of illumination can be changed according to the shape of an object, i.e., an electronic device, and reflection characteristic of beam to acquire an image of higher accuracy. An optimum combination range of an illumination position and image luminance according to a light amount of an optimum parameter storage means 18 is stored in advance, and a luminance comparison means 15 and a coincidence judgment means 16 detect how much image luminance acquired by the illumination adjustment simulation part 10 is suitable for an image luminance range of an optimum combination range while moving the moving illumination means 11a and an optimum illumination position is set. Therefore, the moving illumination means 11a can be moved to an optimum illumination position. |
