PURPOSE:To reduce cost and to reduce power consumption by performing the power supply to the driving circuit on a high-voltage side where a power source line is alternately changed by DC high-voltage potential and gland potential from a low-voltage DC power source. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a low-voltage DC power source 7 connected between the power source lines of a low-voltage side driving circuit 4 where one power source line is defined as a gland, a smoothing capacitor 6 connected between the power source lines of a high-voltage driving circuit 3 and a diode 20 connected between one power source line of the high-voltage side driving circuit 3 and the low-voltage DC power source 7. The diode 20 is connected in a conducting direction at the time of turning on the switching element 2 of a gland side. The power supply to the high-voltage side driving circuit 3 is performed from the lowvoltage DC power source 7 via the diode 20 at the time of turning on the switching element 2 on the gland side and is performed by the discharging from the smoothing capacitor 6 at the turning off the switching element 2 on the gland side. Thus, cost can be reduced and power consumption can be reduced. |
