PURPOSE:To set inter-slave set direct speech mode without special operation by providing a control means setting automatically the direct speech standby mode between slave sets when a state of undetection of a master set identification code by a detection means is counted for a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:When a power key of a key entry section 13 is applied, a timer 14 is reset to an initial value and the clock is started newly. A CPU 11 allows a radio control section 16 to scan sequentially indoor control channels. The control section 16 uses a radio communication section 21 to make reception by a frequency of the preset indoor control channel and informs reception signal information to the CPU 11. The CPU 11 discriminates whether or not the its own identification signal of a master set in the registration state coincident with an identification signal is in existence in the signal information from the control section 16. When the CPU 11 discriminates it that the identification signal is in existence, the CPU 11 establishes a super-frame from an information element of a reception signal and waits a call from the master set. Thus, the inter-slave set direct speech mode is set without any special operation. |
