PURPOSE:To obtain a fruit polyphenol having various physiological actions, especially oxidation resistance, ACE inhibiting activity, anti-mutagenicity action, hyaluronidase inhibiting activity, histamine isolation inhibiting activity, inhibitory action on GTgse activity, deodorizing action on a bad smell and inhibitory action on production of a substance having a bad smell. CONSTITUTION:This fruit polyphenol is pressed and/or extracted from an unripe fruit of a fruit belonging to the family Rosaceae. The antioxidant, antihypertensive agent, anti-mutagenicity agent, allergy inhibitor, cariostatic agent and deodorant are comprises a fruit polyphenol fraction as an active ingredient which is pressed and/or extracted from an unripe fruit of a fruit belonging to the family Rosaceae and purified. |
