PURPOSE:To obtain a conductor paste composition which can form an excellent conductive circuit pattern when it is cured with ultraviolet rays, developed with a dilute aqueous alkali solution to form an elaborate circuit pattern and this pattern is fired by mixing a specified ester compound with a diluent, a photopolymerization initiator and a metallic powder. CONSTITUTION:An ester compound obtained by reacting an adduct of a conjugated diene polymer and/or copolymer each having a softening point of 70 deg.C with maleic anhydride with at least 0.05mol, per mol of the maleic anhydride component, of a radical-polymerizable monohydric alcohol and/or monoepoxy compound and optionally a non-radical-polymerizable monohydric alcohol and/or a monoepoxy compound, a diluent, a photopolymerization initiator and a metallic powder are subjected to dissolution, mixing and kneading to obtain a conductor paste composition. This composition is applied to a substrate, dried, cured with ultraviolet rays through a negative mask, developed with a dilute aqueous alkali solution and fired at 500-1000 deg.C to obtain a cured circuit. |
