PURPOSE:To prevent the shaking of side gear free ends and the partial wear of a washer by conducting centering so that the free ends may carry out support mutually through a. support portion. CONSTITUTION:The device is equipped with a differential case 21 to be driven in rotation by the drive force of an engine; a pair of vehicle wheel side side gears 31, 33 whose axial outside end portions 35, 37 are supported at the differential case 21; at least a pair of pinion gear sets which are housed in the housing hole of the differential case 21 end conduct the connection of the respective gears 31, 33; and a middle member 53 having integrally a support portion 55 to be furnished to the inner peripheries of the free ends of the respective gears 31, 33 and a washer portion 57 arranged between the end surfaces of these free ends.
