PURPOSE:To continuously use a roller for a long period of time by forming the roller of an elastic material of a specified composition for a continuous heat-sealing device for a thermoplastic resin film, etc., wherein two or more pressing rollers are press-bonded on the outer peripheral surface of a heating roller. CONSTITUTION:For rollers such as a heating roller 1 and pressing rollers 5, 6, etc., of a continuous heat-sealing device, a lubricating rubber composition to form the outer peripheral surface or the whole body of the rollers is blended in such a manner that the essential components are a fluororubber, thermoplastic fluororesin and a low molar weight fluorine-containing polymer having a number-average molar weight of 5X10<4> or lower, and the blending weight ratio of the fluororubber and thermoplastic fluororesin is 50:50 to 95:5, and the blending quantity of the low molar weight fluorine-containing polymer based on the total of 100 pts.wt. of the fluororubber and thermoplastic fluororesin is 5-50 pts.wt. Also, to this composition, a hardened powder of a heat-hardening resin or a thermoplastic resin powder having a glass transition point of 300 deg.C or higher is added by 5-20wt.% of the total composition. |
