PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device which can fast select even a large number of data. CONSTITUTION:This semiconductor integrated circuit device is provided with a data selection circuit 100 which is connected to a 1st power terminal VDD, a precharge circuit 200 which is connected to a 2nd power terminal GND and recieves a precharge signal, and a wiring 1 which is connected to a common connection point X between both circuits 100 and 200. The circuit 100 includes at least the 1st and 2nd data transfer circuits 102-1 and 102-2. Thus a 1st input data signal A and a 1st selection signal Ba are inputted to the circuit 102-1, and a 2nd input data signal B and a 2nd selection signal Bb are inputted to the circuit 102-2 respectively. |
