PURPOSE:To form an image of a proper image density by using two-component developer having stable toner concentration. CONSTITUTION:The transfer rate and printing rate of an image to be formed are inputted to a CPU, which controls toner supply, thereby storing an amount of recycled toner. According to the amount, the output of a toner concentration sensor, which detects the proper value of the concentration of the toner in the two-component developer is set. On the basis of the output, an amount of the toner that is supplied from a toner hopper is controlled. |
