<p>PURPOSE: To accurately position a support by forming a constant crossed electrode pattern on a belt of a flexible loop shape, and attracting the support by applying a strong electrostatic field between electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A belt loop 10 is formed of flexible reinforced rubber, and an electrostatic hold-down grid (an electrostatic installation lattice) 32 is incorporated. The electrostatic installation lattice 32 forms a series of separated and crossed finger-like electrodes 34 extending by crossing the belt loop 10. When applying a voltage on the electrodes 34, a strong electrostatic field is generated between the electrodes 34, so that electrostatic attractive force is generated in the belt direction to a support S placed on the belt loop 10 to thereby reliably fix the support S on the belt loop 10 to accurately position the support by preventing a slide.</p> |
