<p>PURPOSE: To realize reciprocating movement of actuators independently from one another in a narrow matrix constitution by a simple means. CONSTITUTION: A reservoir 2 filled with electroviscous liquid has an over-pressure chamber 21 and a negative-pressure chamber 22. These chambers 21, 22 are connected through separate control passages 16 to hydraulic cylinders 12 of actuators 1. At this time, both chambers 21, 22 are alternately connected or disconnected through a first and a second electrodes 17, 18, a common controllable central electrode 19, and two control passages 16 of the actuators 1. Pressure change thus generated changes height adjustment quantity of a mechanical pin 11 through an elastomer diaphragm 13.</p> |
