SYNTHETIC RESIN COMPOSITE MOLDING METHOD

PURPOSE:To provide a safe and stable product by developing a method forming a non-foamed resin molded product by a granular shaped article molding method and covering the surface of a foamed resin molded product with the non-foamed resin molded product by a transfer process. CONSTITUTION:A non-foamed resin molded product 1 is formed by a mold 10 while a foamed resin molded product 2 is separately formed by a mold 20 and an upper mold 11 of the mold 10 is removed in such a state that the non-foamed resin molded product 10 is received in the lower mold 12 of the mold 10 and fitted in the lower mold 12 of the mold 10 in such a state that the foamed resin molded product 2 is received in the upper mold 21 of the mold 20 to integrate the non-foamed resin molded product 1 and the foamed resin molded product 2.
