PURPOSE:To smoothly change the coloring or brightness of lighting by simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a fluorescent lamp 17, a filter cylinder 19 arranged on the outer side of the fluorescent lamp 17, first and second flooding regions 22 and 23 formed on the outer peripheral surface 19a of the filter cylinder 19, and an intermediate region 24 formed on the boundary part between both of these flooding regions 22 and 23. In the intermediate region 24, a first characteristic part 25 having a characteristic nearly the same as that of the first flooding region 22 and a second characteristic part 26 having a characteristic nearly the same as that of the second flooding region 23 are intermittently mixed. The first and second flooding regions 22 and 23 and the intermediate region 24 can be selectively oriented in a direction to be illuminated by continuously rotating the filter cylinder 19. |
