PURPOSE:To prevent mixed flow of exhaust gas of an upper burner, to improve data accuracy of a temperature sensor and to judge suitable baking degree of a material to be cooked by providing a partition plate at a lower side of one end of an exhaust cylinder, forming a flow passage in which only exhaust gas of a lower burner flows, and providing the sensor at the passage. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensor 39 is mounted at a position deviated from a center of one end to its side at the side where a burner port 35 of an upper side of a pilot burner 34 of one end is not disposed. A partition plate 40 made of both side plates and an upper plate to cover both sides and upper side of the sensor 39 is provided. Mounting screws are inserted to through holes opened at a mounting piece 41 formed by externally bending lower ends of both side plates of the plate 40, and an exhaust cylinder 38 is mounted. A flow passage 43 formed of the plate 40 does not feed exhaust gas of an upper burner 34 but feeds exhaust gas of a lower burner 25. A shielding plate 44 extended obliquely downward to a front end of the upper plate of the plate 40 shields radiation of heat from the burner 24 to the passage 43.
