PURPOSE:To improve the transmission quality without the abort of a tip of a new received voice signal upon the receipt of the new voice burst signal by allowing a receiver side to keep frame synchronization between voice burst signals. CONSTITUTION:A sender side transmits a voice burst signal in a prescribed frame timing, a receiver side establishes frame synchronization to a transmission signal, receives a voice burst signal based on an obtained reception frame timing signal, holds the frame synchronization between voice burst signals to establish quickly frame synchronization to a succeeding voice burst signal thereby preventing voice signals from being aborted. Furthermore, since the sender side uses a multiplexer circuit 13 to multiples a PW and an SOM on a head of a voice burst signal, the sender side recognizes a head of voice data by detecting the SOM even when a voice is generated independently of a prescribed frame timing and recognizes voice data between the PW and a succeeding UW. |
