<p>PURPOSE:To enable reset to be effected even if an IC is not provided with a reset terminal by supplying the operating voltage of a microcomputer to the microcomputer through a transistor while a switch is not operated, and resetting the microcomputer by turning off the operating voltage by the transistor when the switch is operated. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 26 to bias the transistor 25 to an ON state and the switch 28 to control the transistor 25 to an OFF state when it is operated are provided. While the switch 28 is not operated, the voltage V23 of power supply 23 is supplied to the microcomputer 12 as its operating voltage through the transistor 25. Besides, when the switch 28 is operated, the voltage V23 of the power supply supplied to the microcomputer 12 as its operating voltage is turned off by the transistor 25, and the microcomputer 12 is reset. Thus, even if the IC to constitute the microcomputer 12 is not provided with the reset terminal, the reset can be executed.</p> |
