PURPOSE:To provide a television receiver capable of clearly observing his/her own left and right inverted mirror images facing the receiver at all times with out the need of a large mirror or the like, easily performing the practice of posturing such as dancing or the like and further freely selecting broadcasting video images or the his/her own mirror images by the changeover of a switch or the like. CONSTITUTION:A television camera 2 is connected to this television receiver 1. The optical axis 4 of the television camera 2 is turned toward the direction of the optical axis 5 of a picture tube 3 and the television camera 2 is arranged closely to the picture tube 3. The deflection circuit of the electronic beams of the picture tube 3 left and right inverts video signals by the television camera 2 and displays the mirror images of a person facing the television receiver 1 on a television screen 31. Also, the left and right inverted images by the television camera 2 and the broadcasting video images are switched on the television screen 31. |
