PURPOSE:To realize the stabilization of the density of each seat surface and in addition prevent the occurrence of noise due to cavitation, in the case of valve structure which possesses disk valves in two steps and at the same time possesses an orifice that bypasses a second step disk valve, and is excellent in the tuning of a damping force characteristic. CONSTITUTION:An annular recessed portion 507 is provided between a first seat surface 505 and a second seat surface 506, and the bottom surface of a constant orifice 508 provided on the second seat surface 506 is arranged in a seat surface projecting direction than the first seat surface 505. |
