<p>PURPOSE:To excellently remove a deposit by uniformly heating a scrap. CONSTITUTION:The substance depositing on the surface of a scrap is vaporized and removed at high temps. under reduced pressure. In this case, the scraps are introduced into a reduced-pressure chamber 2, aggregated and heated, then the scraps are dropped by gravity in the reduced-pressure chamber, and further the aggregate is heated. Consequently, the scrap present on the surface in the preceding heating is mixed with the internal scrap and further heated, and the scraps are almost uniformly heated. Besides, the uniformity in heating is further improved by increasing the frequency of gravitational fallings and that of heatings.</p> |
