<p>PURPOSE:To provide an arc casting device, in which the relative position between a casting material in a crucible and an arc material can accurately and repeatedly be set by a simple operation without using a gap gage. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 32 is freely rotatably inserted to an outer panel 100 and an operating handle 30 is fixed at the tip part, and a dial 31 being freely angularly displaced is inserted around the rotary shaft 32 between the operating handle 30 and the panel 100. At the time of rotating the operating handle 30, a slider 37 is linearly displaced in the right and left direction and a link plate 42 is angularly displaced around the shaft 44, and an electrode holder 4 and an electrode 3 are displaced in the vertical direction. Since a mark is formed in the operating handle 30, at the time of turning-operation while confirming the matching with the mark in the dial 31, the arc gap can be adjusted in a high accuracy.</p> |
