PURPOSE:To provide a lamp for vehicles, said lamp has a lens having an aiming pad with no weld line or sink and to provide a manufacturing apparatus to manufacture the lamp. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 25a almost similar to uniformalize the thickness of an aiming pad 25 is formed along the outer shape of the aiming pad 25 in the back side position of the aiming pad 25 which is formed on the surface of a lens 2 and projected out of the lens surface. To form the aiming pad 25, a recessed part and a projected part are formed in dies and a through hole into with an insertion pin is formed in the recessed part. Consequently, at the time of injection molding, the resin of the aiming pad part is prevented from flowing disorderly and at that time, air is vented, the resin is prevented from becoming thick, and a weld line and shrink are prevented. |
