PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition constituted of a fine oil in water type emulsion containing a specific triazole-based compound, useful as a therapeutic agent for mycosis and having high safety and dispersion stability without accompanying adverse effects. CONSTITUTION:This composition is obtained by dispersing a triazole-based compound of formula I (Ar is a substituted phenyl; R1 and R2 each is H, a lower alkyl or a lower alkylene when bonded together; R4 is H or an acyl; A is a cyclic amide bonded through N atom which may have a substituent) or, more specifically, 2-[(1R,2R)-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-2-hydroxy-l-methyl-3-(1 H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propyl]-4-[4-(2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropoxy)phenyl]- 3(2H,4H)-1,2,4- triazolone, etc., in water by using an oily component and an emulsifying agent. |
