PURPOSE:To produce a large power as compared with a conventional motor by providing a crown gear on the outer periphery of a circular magnetic body and another crown gear, meshing therewith, on the outer periphery of electromagnets juxtaposed annularly. CONSTITUTION:When an electromagnet 1b contiguous to an electromagnet 1a is conducted, the field of a permanent magnet is converged instantaneously to the electromagnet 1b thus forming a domain. Consequently, a round magnetic body 2 is attracted strongly to the electromagnet 1b and the contact point thereof is shifted toward the electromagnet 1b. Rotation of the magnetic body 2 is transmitted through a universal joint 9 to a nonferrous power shaft. Since the magnetic force of the permanent magnet for magnetizing the round magnetic body 2 is combined with the magnetic force of the electromagnet 1, a larger torque can be produced while increasing the rotational speed of the round magnetic body 2. |
