CONSTITUTION: Each waveguide is provided with two band-shaped waveguides 2, respectively having one input terminal and one output terminal optical contacts, source laser 3, multiplex section semiconductor laser mirror 4 and non-linear ring resonator 1 equipped with a means for controlling four phase modulators, two lasers and four phase modulators, etc., and each directional coupler 10 is provided with two directional couplers 10, positioned between the non-linear ring resonator 1 and the respective waveguides 2. |
