PURPOSE:To grasp a pacient's state at a glance by mutually connecting an electronic chart, a biological information acquiring means for sphygmomanometer or the like and a picture information acquiring means through a public telephone line or the like, directly entering biological information such as the blood pressure of a pacient existing in a remote place and pacient's picture information to the electronic chart and expressing the biological information by a graph.
