PURPOSE:To obtain a continuous picture corresponding to the movement of an observer's visual point by using pictures photographed by plural fixed cameras. CONSTITUTION:A multivisual-point picture obtained by photographing a subject from plural visual points is stored in an input two-dimensional multivisual-point picture storing part 11 and a mutually corresponding point between respective pictures stored in the storing part 11 is detected by a corresponding hyperplane judging part 17. A corresponding hyperplane interpolating processing part 18 applies interpolating processing to picture elements on a corresponding hyperplane specified by the corresponding point so as to generate many interpolated pictures with fine visual point intervals capable of filling the interval of photographing visual points, so that a picture to be smoothly changed in accordance with the movement of a visual point can be obtained.
