PURPOSE:To provide an optical disk which has an additional information recording region suitable for recording information meeting a user's taste by small- volume production in addition to an information recording region suitable for recording the same information by mass production and is usable in new applications. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a light transmissive substrate 1 is provided with the information recording annular region 3 having the pit arrays or grooves previously formed on the light transmissive substrate by injection molding. The additive information recording annular region 5 formed additionally with the pit arrays or grooves in a dry photosetting film 4 laminated in recessed parts 8 formed on the light transmissive substrate 1 is formed on the substrate, by which the optical disk is obtd. |
