PURPOSE:To relax a degree of a head part shock by providing a shock absorber having a linear outer supporting part in at least partly a cavity part to fill a clearance in a car body height direction between an upper part of a strut tower and a hood outer panel. CONSTITUTION:A cavity part A is provided between a strut tower 51 and a hood outer panel 33, and a flat plate part 41 is provided in a hood inner panel 37a in the upward of a car body of the strut tower 51. A clearance in a car body height direction, between the strut tower 51 and the hood outer panel 33, is filled with linear leg parts 55b, 57b and the hood inner panel 37a. When the linear leg part 55b is sufficiently collapsed, before the hood outer panel 33 directly interferes with bolts 52 and nuts 53, shock energy is completely absorbed, and reaction force is again suddenly decreased to almost zero, to stop a hood 31. |
