PURPOSE:To provide a method for efficiently produce laminaritriose directly used for foods and medicines and agrochemicals or used as an intermediate for foods and medicines and agrochemicals. CONSTITUTION:A beta-1,3-glycosylsaccharide compound having 5 or more sugar chains is reacted with an exo type beta-1,3-glycosyl saccharide-decomposing enzyme having ability to isolate glucose and beta-1,3 glycosylsaccharide-decomposing enzyme having ability to isolate 4 or more sugar chains by reaction with the saccharide compound to produce the objective laminaritriose. According to the method, a high-purity laminaritriose can rapidly be obtained by a simple purification method without carrying out a troublesome purification method for mutually separating oligosaccharides. |
