PURPOSE:To obtain an agent capable of augmenting analgesic actions, markedly augmenting the analgesic actions of various analgesic agents. CONSTITUTION:This agent capable of augmenting algesic actions contains each of amino acids as an active ingredient, so as to provide a composition of 8.0-16.0wt.% leucine, 4.0-9.0wt.% isoleucine, 4.0-9.0wt.% valine, 6.0-13.0wt.% lysine, 3.0-6.0wt.% threonine, 1.0-2.0wt.% tryptophan, 2.0-5.0wt.% methionine, 0.5-2.0wt.% cysteine, 3.0-7.0wt.% phenylalanine, 0.2-1.0wt.% tyrosine, 2.0-5.0wt.% histidine, 30.0-60.0wt.% arginine, 0.5-2.0wt.% alanine, 0.5-2.0wt.% aminoacetic acid, 0.2-1.0wt.% serine, 0.5-2.0wt.% proline, 0.1-0.5wt.% aspartic acid and 0.1-0.5wt.% glutamic acid, as expressed in terms of free amino acids. |
