Device for motorizing a golf trolley. The invention provides motor-driven equipment which can be easily mounted and removed. The device consists of a frame (1), wherein is mounted an electric motor (2) connected to a gear reducer (3), a through shaft (4) driving two wheels (9), the ends of the shaft rotating in wheels mounted on ball bearings (10). A housing is provided on the central body of the frame for receiving the battery (6) supplying the motor. The entire device is rapidly connectable to the trolley (0) by rapid fastening means (8) comprising lugs with pins, holes or hooks (Fig. 3). A triangle (11) is connected to a central vertical trolley member by a rapid clamping device (12). The triangle confers excellent rigidity to the unit and prevents the frame (1) from tilting. The golf trolley is driven by two wheels (9), the speed being regulated by the variable speed gear (5) located near the trolley handle. |
