PURPOSE:To make it possible to simplify construction by reducing the number of optical systems, increasing the latitude in stability of the positional precision and magnification of optical systems, obtaining an electronic part loading equipment capable of high precision loading and reducing the movement to a minimum until loading electronic parts to a wiring substrate after position adjustment. CONSTITUTION:A thin gauge 1 consisting of a transparent material having a pattern facing an electrode of an electronic part 11 and a pattern facing a positioning mark of a wiring substrate is inserted in a gap between the electronic part 11 and a wiring substrate 21 located closely to each other, a positioning adjustment is performed by simultaneously photographing the pattern of the electrode and the gauge 1 of the electronic part 11 by a coaxial electronic part recognizing optical system 18, and a positioning adjustment is made by simultaneously photographing the pattern of the gauge 1 and the positioning mark of the wiring substrate 21 by a wiring substrate recognizing optical system 28. |
