PURPOSE:To provide an automatic certificate issuing machine enabling a user to obtain a certificate at any time without waiting at the place by storing the prepared certificate. CONSTITUTION:Data for a required certificate are selected from a data base 32 and the certificate is prepared by a laser printer 11 based upon the selected data. The prepared certificate is issued from a certificate issuing port 7 through a paper carrying unit 5 and a paper discharging unit 53. However, a reservation for storing a prepared certificate without issuing it to the port 7 can be previously specified at need or when a certificate once issued is not received by a user within a prescribed time, the certificate can be stored in a paper storing unit 80 or a recovery tray 69 and the stored certificate can be received at any time later. |
