PURPOSE: To advance a fireproof property by forming a panel containing at least one sheet having a glass fiber layer being impregnated with at least one solventless fireproof resin. CONSTITUTION: Fireproof resin of 5 g per glass fiber of 100 g is uniformly scattered on a glass fiber layer in the form of solventless powder. In the next place. Sheets 4, 5, 7 are formed by heating and compressing resin at 1.5-2 atmospheric pressures for 5-7 min by means of a compressor being heated by 80-100 deg.C before resin crosslinking. Then, a metallic honeycomb structural body 6 is interposed between the sheet 4 and the sheet 5, and also an aluminosilicate mat 8 is interposed between the sheet 4 and the sheet 7; then they are formed together in order to form flat elements 2, 2'. In addition, the flat elements 2, 2' are integrally formed via a space 3, thus forming a panel 1.
