PURPOSE:To keep the oscillation frequency at a level higher than an input signal even right after this signal is cut and to ensure the stable oscillation. CONSTITUTION:The frequency division output 200 to be given to a phase comparator is acquired with high stability of frequency from a 1st phase locked oscillator including a frequency divider 4 and a voltage control oscillator 3 having high stability of frequency even while an input signal 100 is kept cut. Therefore the desired frequency output is acquired with higher frequency and higher stability than the signal 100 from a 2nd phase locked oscillator which includes a frequency divider 24 having a circuit function to synchronize with the output 200 in terms of phase. |
