PURPOSE:To obtain a coil winding machine equipped with a nozzle replacing mechanism of simple structure by providing each nozzle unit with a wire clamp and providing an arm with means for releasing the wire clamp while coupling the nozzle unit with the arm. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle bar 11 is provided with a cylinder 24 for releasing a wire clamp 18 fixed, at the forward end thereof, with a substantially L-shaped releasing member 25. The releasing member 25 is bent, at the forward end thereof, toward a nozzle unit coupled with the nozzle bar 11 to separate the wire clamp 18 from the wall face 12A, while resisting against a spring 20, when the release cylinder 24 contracts thus releasing a wire clamped between the wire clamp 18 and the wall face 12A. Since the releasing means is not required for individual nozzle unit, the structure of nozzle unit can be simplified. |
