PURPOSE:To provide a high-sound isolation sanitary having a sound isolation layer exerting sound isolation performance without being easily peeled off by concurrently spraying a powder and granular vibration damping material at the time of resin coating, and forming the hardened sound isolation layer. CONSTITUTION:A plywood 12 is stuck to part of the bottom face of a bath unit 1 made of a material such as FRP, a reinforcing steel product 13 is brought into contact with the bottom face, blast slugs 142 are sprayed to the whole bottom face at the time of resin coating by the spray-up method, and an integrally hardened sound isolating layer 14 is formed. The blast slugs 142 are manufactured into a powder and granular shape or a cord shape as desired. The sound isolating layer 14 is dispersed with the blast slugs 142 in a hardened resin 141 in stripes. The sound isolating layer 14 dispersed with the powder and granular or cord-shaped vibration damping material is integrally formed on at least part of the bottom face requiring sound isolation, and the sound isolating layer 14 is not easily peeled off. The blast slugs 142 have resiliency due to hollow sections and have a cushioning effect against the hardened resin 141, thus excellent sound isolation performance can be exerted. |
