DEWAR PART SUPPORTING STRUCTURE OF SQUID RACK

PURPOSE:To make the Dewar part rapidly connectable to a SQUID rack by a method wherein the Dewar part is connected by inserting a semicircular arc hole of a pair of half plate into the lower part of a supporting member from both sides of the Dewar part while disconnected by removing the half plate. CONSTITUTION:A Dewar part 29 can be connected to a SQUID rack by inserting a semicircular arc hole of a pair of half plate 49 into a lower part of a supporting member 61 from both sides of the Dewar part 29. On the other hand, the Dewar part 29 can be disconnected from the SQUID rack by removing the pair of half plate 49. Through these procedures, the Dewar part 29 can be rapidly connected or disconnected to or from the SQUID rack.
